Injury Management System

A comprehensive Injury Management System records all types of injury, big or small, across all three plants.

A complete workflow system has been designed to update all the stakeholders on the status of the injury.
Auto reminders and escalations have been added to the system for timely resolutions and make doctors and analysts answerable to the injuries if not addressed in time.
While MIS dashboards can be generated to update the management on the status of all injuries, the available search functionality can be also used to get an update on injury of an individual.






One-point lessons (OPLs)

OPLs are a simple yet powerful learning and operational tool deployed across the three work sites to help employees perform their daily tasks efficiently . The lessons are based on three different categories - Basic Knowledge provides information to fill a knowledge gap, Practical know-how has step-by-step instructions on how to perform any maintenance activity, and Problem/trouble case study sheets illustrate how to identify and/or avoid an actual equipment.

The OPL Uploading application developed by Xion Solutions:


Allows employees access just-in-time information on various topics related to the skills of the employee and based on the category of the need.
Has a central repository of all OPLs and provides a platform for sharing these lessons by employees across the organization.
Allows the users to print the OPLs, available in two languages - Hindi and English - in both A3 or A4 size paper.
Has a robust workflow to ensure that each and every OPL goes through an approval process so that the most updated version is available to the employees. During the approval process, a check has been also added to either approve, reject, or recommend a change.
Generates various MIS which would be visible across plants and hence will reduce documentation time and duplication of work.





Tag Redressal System


Tag Redressal System is an application that allows users to assign coloured tags for various problems faced on machines or equipment in the work sites and upload it into the application. These tags, therefore, can be addressed adequately and timely by the right people.

Xion Solutions has developed the Tag Redressal system that:

Sends the assigned tags to the correct person through email.
Allows the corrector to give an expected date of completion for the assigned work.
Has the capability to send a notification to the user once the status of the work is given as complete by the user.
Can generate various kinds of MIS that can be accessed by the management.
Prints tag matrix reports for various equipments for analysis.





Internal Job Posting Module


Xion has developed a comprehensive internal job posting module for Hero MotoCorp. This application is an end-to-end application and captures all the stages of posting from the intial requirement of posting to the fulfillment of the posting. Employees can apply online and track the status of their posting.






Project Management for R&D

Xion has developed a comprehensive project management application for R&D department of HeroMotoCorp.





Task Tracker for Quality

Xion has developed a comprehensive task tracker application for Quality department of HeroMotoCorp.






Customer Feedback System

 Xion has developed customer feedback module which was implemented across all dealers of HeroMotoCorp in India. Both manual and online feedback are captured in the system from all the dealership and comprehensive MIS system is autogenerated. Various reports like CSS Monthly and quartely are generated. Critical areas are identified and action plan report are generated.






vLEAD Application for Marketing

Xion had developed vLead application for marketing department of HeroMotoCorp.






Achieving Cost Excellence Application

Xion had developed Achieving cost excellence application for HeroMotoCorp. This application allows employees to suggest ideas on cost savings across various categories. The ideas get auto sorted in various cost slabs. There is a complete approval based workflow tracking all parameters







Kaizen Management System

Xion solutions has developed the kaizen system for gurgaon and dharuhera plant. This is complete workflow based system from intitation to approval of kaizen and include horizontal deployment.




Requisition Approval System

Xion had developed Requisition Approval System for the HR Department at HeroMotoCorp. This is approval based workflow system with track all requistion from the inception to the fullfillment stage.




Idea Contest Portal

Xion had developed several idea contests on various topics each of these idea portal involved idea submission, sorting and listing as per categories, work flow based approval process and listing of winners whos idea get selected.

There are many useful applications in this portal like Market place(For Buy/Sell), Quiz, Latest articles, Latest tips, Online Poll, Events, articles and more.



Online Quiz for Dealer Supervisors

Xion developed an Online Quiz Application for sales and service supervisors at all dealerships of HeroMotoCorp in India. This module consist of automatic reports and a provosion for the supervisor to participate in Hindi or English language. Test were administered in both language Hindi and English.




Department Specific Applications

Xion has developed application for rural marketing division and SMCC department at HeroMotoCorp.
