Xion Solutions has developed a comprehensive
fully automated, centralised web-based
Loyalty application for nine plus
hotels that keeps track of the revenue
generated through various points across
the hotel, such as room bookings,
Spa, restaurants, etc. There are four
applications in totality, The Lalit
Connect for corporates, The Lalit
Plus for travel agent, The Lalit Select
for Embassies and The Lalit Engage
for individual.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Xion Solutions had developed a knowledge
management system where all the Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs) of The
Lalit group are centrally maintained.
The system lists out all the SOPs
of the group , hotel-wise, Corporate-wise,
and also category- wise for banquets,
restaurants, laundry, kitchen, front
office, etc.
Each department of the hotels across
India can assign rights and control
to the people they identify. Everyone
who needs to get trained on anything
specific to his or her area can be
given access to the SOPs. The learners
can login after access is given and
read the required SOPs.
Online
Training & Test Engine
Xion Solutions has developed a comprehensive
online training and test engine for
nearly 10000 employees of The Lalit
group accross all their employees
in India. Test are both automatically
and manually assigned in the system
and training and test report card
are auto generated for each employee.
This is a fully automated system and
have various type of test like product
knowledge test, sop based test or
outlet based test.
